Pre-Participation Physical Examination
One of the major requirements of the Athletic Packet is for all athletes to have a Pre-Participation Physical Examination performed by a physician sometime after 3/1/13. The Scottsdale Unified School District Athletic Trainers, in cooperation with our team physicians (Dr. Dean and Dr. Hill) will be providing these examinations at a reduced cost on 2 separate dates.
April 20 - 7am - 12pm
May 4 - 7am - 12pm

SAT & ACT TESTS
College Testing Information
Most college and universities will accept either American College Test (ACT) or Scholastic Aptitude Test (ACT I) scores for college entrance. Some colleges (example: U.C. system) require the SAT II (subject Tests) as well as the SAT I or ACT scores. students should consult college catalogs carefully for specific test requirements.SAT TEST DATES 2013

Cost is $47 for SAT I and $21 plus $10 for each SAT II which includes score reports for four college/scholarships at the time of registration.

Cost is $33 with an optional writing test ($15), which include score reports for four colleges/scholarships at the time of registration.
The in-state colleges do not need the writing portion of the ACT. Please check the website for any corrected/changed dates and fees.
You must register early to be assigned to the test centers in the Scottsdale area.
Any Special Education and/or 504 accommodations must be made through College Board or ACT directly several months before the student plans to test.
